Our office believes in the golden rule. That means providing the same type of care to patients that we would want to receive, and treating our patients like family. So you might hear me say, “If it were my tooth, I would want this.” However, I also understand that every patient’s case is unique to them and so I like to take the time to listen to each of my patients and treat them as individuals.

I graduated from the University of California, San Francisco Dental School in 2004. After dental school, I joined the Navy Dental Corp and was stationed in Japan and then in Oak Harbor, WA. During my four year Naval term, I trained rigorously as a general dentist, while also completing several specialty rotations, including Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. Since departing the Navy, I have continued my love of dentistry by working as an associate for some very talented dentists locally, while also taking extensive continuing education courses through my association with organizations like the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Spear Education. I am dedicated to providing my patients with the highest quality of care and will continue to keep up to date on the latest dental materials and technology in order to help my patients attain and maintain their healthy smiles.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I have served on the local “Dental Van” providing care to the homeless and disabled through partnership with Medical Teams International. In addition, my husband and I support various local charities, with a particular focus on Seattle Children’s Hospital and Wellspring Family Services.

In my non-dental life, I am a wife to a wonderful husband, Ben, and a mom to two active girls, Annabel and Olive. Apart from dentistry, I enjoy hobbies like sewing, knitting and making jam with fresh fruit from the local farmer’s market. My husband and I love to cook and try new local restaurants. As a family, we love to spend time together enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We are grateful that our girls get to grow up here and proud to call Seattle home.
