Your First Appointment

Thank you for making your first appointment with us. We appreciate your trust in us for your dental health. To make sure that we make the most of your appointment time with us, please have any previous dental records sent to us before your first appointment. If you need help requesting this information, please ask us.

Your first appointment with us will be a time for us to listen to your concerns and your dental health goals. We will take necessary digital images and will gather your dental and medical health information during this appointment. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary forms and to verify any insurance information with us.

We like to set up two appointments for first time patients to allow ample time for you to get all your questions answered. The first appointment allows us to gather all the necessary information so that we can come up with a plan to assist you in achieving your healthy smile.

During your second visit, Dr. Sandy will sit down with you to go over all your information and work with you to design a plan just for you. This is also the appointment where we will perform your dental cleaning and go over home care with you so that you go home with the right tools to maintain your natural smile. We value your time and will try our best to make our appointments work for you.

Existing Patients

Existing patients can now create a patient portal with our new dental software. The patient portal will allow you to confirm or request a change to your booked appointments, make payments to your account, and watch informational videos. We can also confirm your appointments via email or text now. If you want to set up your patient portal and/or appointment reminders, please let us know at your next visit.


Dental insurance can be complicated, but we will do our best to help you understand your benefits.  We will gladly help you submit any dental claims to your insurance provider, but please remember that ultimately you are responsible for payment of services.  We cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company and any remaining balance will be the patient’s responsibility.  We appreciate you taking care of your estimated portion at the time of service.

We keep our dental services at an affordable and reasonable rate to allow our patients to get the care they need.  We also offer significant discounts for patients without dental insurances.  For our existing patients, we will work with you on a payment plan so that dental treatment is possible.  Please ask us for more information on how we can help you achieve your dental goals.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours in advance so that we can offer that appointment time to another patient that may need timely care.
